Nazanin Farokh is a family law lawyer in Vancouver, British Columbia, and an associate at Nasser Allen LLP. Her practice includes all areas of family law, including parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, marriage, cohabitation, and separation agreements, as well as divorce proceedings.

Prior to joining Nasser Allen LLP, Nazanin completed her law degree at the University of Tehran in Iran. Wishing to broaden her horizons, she obtained her Paralegal License in Toronto, Ontario. After becoming licensed, she practiced criminal law as Criminal Counsel before relocating to Vancouver. She subsequently gained extensive experience working for five years as a paralegal alongside a senior and well-established family lawyer in Vancouver, while also completing her Certificate of Qualification through the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

Through this diverse legal background and cross-jurisdictional experience, Nazanin has developed a strong understanding that each client brings a unique perspective, and she remains committed to being attentive to those perspectives throughout the legal process. With a strong interest in human relationships and the resolution of complex legal issues, she chose to focus her legal career in family law.
